The talent is there, but the picture needs further definition in the hair and a few more contrasting shadows would make it pop! I like her eyes and you did well with the mouth. Showing teeth can be tricky. Nice.

did u remeber to resize the image to 716 pixel width?i remeber i saw it wider then i looked at the additional download section....if u didnt please resize
the eyes look pretty nice but the nose and mouth are a bit off...if u would take them separately they look great but u didnt position them exactly
i'd like to see more contrast and deffinition..especially to the hair(needs details) and the eyes(irises look faded away)

please please do not smudge the pencil strokes, I think it would have looked nicer if you just shadowed this with the pencil only.
Oh, and try not to outline the face, you did it good on the shoulder, but the face has a border around it, this is not needed!

proportions look good, maybe the eyes are a lttle too big, I don't know, I make that mistake very much.
